During the pandemic, our colleagues learned to appreciate working from home – and now almost all of us are working permanently from home. This means that our birthday celebrations at the office, which we celebrated with a cherished tradition of a serenade, candles, flowers, and small gifts for the birthday child, are unfortunately canceled!

So what to do?! We’ve been meeting once a year since 2022 to celebrate all birthdays together, either before or after. We use the digital “WichtelOmat” beforehand. Everyone can enter personal wishes, and then an anonymous drawing takes place. We’ll be informed by email who we’re talking to 😉
